If for some reason you do not want your product, you can return it to us in it's original unopened state for a full refund.
Special ordered items are subject to a restocking fee.
Please notify us via telephone or email to get your RETURN NUMBER and get it back to us within 30 days from the day you received the product.
If you received FREE SHIPPING on an item that you return, our shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your order before lunch the next business day, as most orders ship the next day. If you need to cancel after your order has shipped, contact us for a Return Authorization number, and you can send the items back. You will only be liable for shipping costs. A full refund of the product cost will be returned to you. If you cancel before the order has shipped, you will get a full refund of all product and shipping costs.
Taxes and VAT Fees
Most non-US countries will charge import taxes or VAT on your order when it arrives. This usually applies to orders over $50. You will have to pay your local Post Office for this tax in most cases.
